Full Plate No Fork Review

I recently had the chance to read the book Full Plate No Fork by Darla Arni. This is a handy little book that features tips and tricks for creating a productive and fulfilling life.

I very rarely, no honestly, never read books that could be considered self help. It is not that I have anything against them, but when I read a book I like to either be learning or entertained. It is not often that making myself a better me enters my reading picture.

This book caught my attention, because I feel like I have a full plate but no fork many days. I go, go, go. I am happiest when I am busy, or so I thought. Only recently have I realized that when I super busy, I am not happy. I am stressed. That is a big difference!

This book has offered me insight on how to adapt, cope and function in any day to day life situation. From coping with a bad day to getting creative in a crisis.

The book reads quickly, it is useful, insightful and entertaining. It opened my eyes to the reality of my life and how I can improve my situations and attitudes for a better outcome. I am really glad I stepped out of my normal boundaries to give this book a chance.

Full Plate No Fork would make a nice stocking stuffer for a special lady on your shopping list. Connect with Darla Arni to learn more or to order a copy of the book.
