Little plastic bags drive me crazy. I hate to throw them away without using them again, and I feel dependent on them as I have given up on my Diaper Genie. So, it seems as if plastic bags are everywhere in my house. Stashed here and there. I bought the cute little bag holders that you can find at any craft show/sale but I dislike them, as they do not match my house, they do not really make it easy to get the bags out of the thing!
So, I had an idea, not a new one I am sure, but an idea none the less. I stuffed the unsightly bags into an empty tissue box. I love it, I can give a second use to 2 commonly discarded things, bags and tissue boxes!
What a great idea! Tissues come in so many colors and styles now, too.
ReplyDeleteNow there's a neat idea for all the Wal Mart bags that clutter my cabinet, I never thought of putting them in a tissue box! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies! It is not only easy, a great way to reuse items otherwise destined for the trash, but it looks nice too, I will add a picture later today!
ReplyDeleteI love the tissue box idea! About the rolls...is the first cup of flour bread flour also?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Debbie,
DeleteI made this with ALL bread flour the first time, and I made it again with ALL all purpose flour. I think the rolls were best with all purpose flour!
Love the bread recipe! I might try it!! I have stored all of my plastic bags in 1 big bag in the pantry but I like the idea of reusing a tissue box!
