I think the low carb cheesecake and the low carb eggnog are my favorites. I also visited the recipe for apple cider bread, which also looks delicious! I am on a relatively low carb way of eating - actually Trim Healthy Mama is the name of the lifestyle, but i do it loosely. Thanks for the great recipes!
